Users should not attempt to delete, alter, conceal, or falsify transaction records except through authorized correction procedures provided by the system.
Security
Users must take reasonable steps to protect EBN POS and connected devices from unauthorized access.
This includes:
-
Keeping login credentials and PINs secure
-
Signing out when appropriate
-
Restricting access to administrative functions
-

-
Following established device and network security procedures
Any suspected security issue involving EBN POS or connected Clover equipment should be reported to Evergreen Basic Needs as soon as reasonably possible.

EBN POS may rely on third-party products or services, including Clover payment services.
Evergreen Basic Needs is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, policies, or security practices of third-party services.
Use of those services may be governed by separate terms between Evergreen Basic Needs and the applicable provider.
Limitation of Liability
EBN POS is provided for internal operational use.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Evergreen Basic Needs is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from temporary system outages, hardware failure, network interruption, third-party service interruption, or authorized use of the system.
Nothing in these Terms limits any responsibility that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
